Caroline was born into a Brazilian-American family which fostered an environment where she was constantly exposed to different cultures and adopted language fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Her background has created a love for immersing herself in different cultures.

 

Her love for Real Estate began as a little girl growing up in Miami, Florida. Miami has long been recognized as being a cultural melting pot and the real estate market reflects a dynamic fusion of architectural styles. As a child, Caroline loved visiting her mom’s friends' homes, and asking them for tours so she could bask in all the details contained therein. Her favorite part about these private home tours was seeing each person’s personality reflected throughout their home. As soon as she could drive, Caroline would drive to her favorite neighborhoods to visit open houses. She did this continually, for many years. It could have just been curiosity, but Caroline always felt that God planted that seed of Real Estate in her heart as a passion for a reason. A reason she wouldn’t discover, until leaving Miami.

 

Prior to embarking upon a career in Real Estate, Caroline was a Citibank Banker in Miami, FL. She advised high-net worth individuals on wealth preservation strategies and mortgage possibilities. Caroline also has experience doing credit consulting for people from all walks of life. Her vast expertise in the financial industry from such a young age, led her to constantly desire to educate and help others increase their financial intelligence. Caroline became a Real Estate Investor at the age of 21 and has always had a love for real estate and immersing herself in the industry.

 

Caroline relocated to Dallas for a new job opportunity as well as her attraction to the Texas Real Estate Market. It did not take her long to get her Real Estate License, purchase her first home in the city, and another investment property to add to her portfolio. She is not just talking the talk, but she walks the walk. Caroline is well versed in many neighborhoods in Dallas, DeSoto and Fort Worth.
